Cancellation Policy

CodeSafe Inspections – Booking Policy Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. Please provide accurate property details and select the service that best fits your needs to ensure proper preparation. Confirmation: All bookings require confirmation. You will receive an email with your scheduled date, service type, and any preparation instructions. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Access & Preparation: Clients must provide safe, clear access to all areas for inspection. This includes unlocking doors, clearing obstructions, and allowing safe entry to attics, basements, or crawlspaces if applicable. Add-On Services: Optional inspections, such as thermal imaging, sewer scopes, or moisture mapping, should be selected at booking or requested in advance. Additional fees may apply. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted methods include Check, ACH, or Money Order. No credit cards accepted at this time. Standards & Reporting: Inspections are conducted according to applicable codes and industry best practices. Reports are visual and based on observable conditions, providing clear, actionable information for property owners.
